To Become a Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, you have to complete a 24-hour pre-licensing course to become a real estate salesperson. You need to find an approved course from the list of authorized real estate schools in Massachusetts. After that, get work experience as a salesperson.

Then, get real estate broker’s education that consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction. Next, Get a Candidate Guidebook upon completion of your 30-hour broker training. Forth, take the exam. Last, get your license on exam day if you pass the exam.
