To Become a Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, you have to complete three years of work experience as a New Jersey licensed real estate salesperson. Next, Schedule and take your real estate exam. Forth, register for and take fingerprints for a background check. After that, decide whether to apply as a broker-salesperson or an employing broker/broker of record. Last, Have the employer complete your PSI passing score report once applying as a broker-salesperson.
